Spotted the young female born this past year in Woodside perched on a tree in Doughboy Park. As I watched and took pictures of her, I spotted an accipiter perched atop a 12 story apartment building not more than 300 feet away. The accipiter stayed perch for only a few moments before taking off after a flock of pigeons (and possibly catching one!).
