Flushing Meadow on a rainy day

I visited Flushing Meadow yesterday, but didn't stay very long. The rain and extreme wind made taking pictures difficult. Many of the birds were having a difficult time navigating as well. One of the adult Red-tails missed on an attempt at some pigeons as the wind sent him flying in the opposite direction.
