Woodside Father

I spotted this hawk (possibly the woodside father) outside my window this evening. It was doing some late night pigeon hunting at around 7pm. It managed to catch a pigeon with one talon, but the pigeon managed to escape, at the cost of all its tail feather (and possibly a few more). After it failed to keep the pigeon in its grasp, it stayed on the fire escape for at least 15 minutes (it may be sleeping there now).
