In The Beginning...

I'm finally getting around to starting my blog dedicated to the lives of Raptors living in the borough of Queens. I started watching hawks in Astoria in the spring of 2008. I keep track of several hawks nests and occasionally venture to the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge to look for Osprey, Hawks, or Falcons. I purchased a new camera a month ago, so I will include as many pictures as possible.
