IDCNY Nest

I visited the IDCNY nest today just in time to see the mother of the solo eyas drop off food. I'm not sure if she returned later to do an actual feeding. She took off after the food dropoff, possibly to hunt for herself or hoping the father would come and do a feeding. It was thought that the mother was ill with frounce or rodenticide poisoning this past week, but it appears she has recovered. She looks good in flight and continues to take care of her offspring. The eyas was very active in the nest today, practice it flight and jumping skills.
